About Vivation Breathwork

This is an opportunity to soften and unfold as the Earth begins to reveal new life. April is a beautiful time to embrace inner growth and transformation. Join me at Wild Rice Retreat in Bayfield, WI for a gentle and expansive breathwork ceremony.

In Vivation breathwork we direct our awareness and breathe consciously to gently and powerfully reveal the inherent nourishment and pleasure available to us in the present moment, even in the midst of challenging feelings. Autonomy and choice are foundational.

We learn to breathe in a way that best connects with embodied experience in a way that feels most safe, digestible, and pleasant. Deep integration is available to us when we allow our sensations guide the process and turn towards all of the parts of ourselves with love.
