About Vivation Breathwork

Join me at FAMILIAR in Riverwest for a gentle and expansive breathwork ceremony. For new and experienced breathwork practitioners— you will be fully guided and supported throughout this process. In this session we will focus on the Second Element of Vivation: Relaxation. You can expect consent and autonomy throughout this somatic, breath-based healing practice.

In Vivation breathwork we direct our awareness and breathe consciously to gently and powerfully reveal the inherent nourishment and pleasure available to us in the present moment, even in the midst of challenging feelings. Autonomy and choice are foundational.

We learn to breathe in a way that best connects with embodied experience in a way that feels most safe, digestible, and pleasant. Deep integration is available to us when we allow our sensations guide the process and turn towards all of the parts of ourselves with love.

BRING: Wear cozy clothing, bring two blankets, an eye mask or scarf, and a water bottle

YOU'LL GET: A basic intro to the theory of Vivation and a fully guided, lying-down breathwork session in a safe and supportive group environment. We will focus more specifically on Relaxation in this session.
