Depending on your needs and desires, this client-centered, client-led work may include:

• Acupressure: Similar to acupuncture but using finger pressure instead of needles, this technique balances Qi flow, providing release, nourishment, and alignment on all levels of being.

• Gentle Breathwork: Invokes deep relaxation and generates connection and insight.

• Myofascial & Craniosacral-Inspired Touch: Gentle, static holds or passive stretching cultivates a sense of safety in the system and offers space for new, healing connections.

• Guided Imagery & Verbal Guidance: Encourages deeper insight into your somatic experience, forming healthy new patterns and connections.

• Deeper Tissue Techniques: In certain cases, trigger point release, fire cupping, or Gua sha may be applied to address specific needs.
