Approach
I love to utilize: pelvic steaming • self- massage • flower essences • baths • infusions • teas • tinctures • infused oils• wild plants • food medicine
When I work with food as herbal medicine, I am informed by Intuitive Eating and work to dismantle fatphobia in the healing arts.
I honor each plant and person’s uniqueness in my herbalism practice.
Experience
My practice is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment skills, Western folk herbalism, Ayurveda, bioregional herbalism , and plant energetics. I farmed, foraged, and formulated tea and tincture blends in 2015-2019 with my first business, Lua Cheia Herbs.
